My Question or Issue

I opened up Spotify this morning and it told me I was offline, despite my internet being connected and working.  After trying a few things I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, which fixed that issue but my playlists were gone.  I went to my Account and to Recover Playlists, on the Spotify website, but that just shows a red error saying "we had an error retrieving your deleted playlist, please try again later".

I have not deleted any playlists nor has anything on my network or computer changes since yesterday when all of this was working fine.  I had hundred of custom-built playlists in my account that are now gone.  Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can try to get them back?

Hey @5965cs_t-9c7j, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Sorry to hear this. If you have a different device or even the Web Player, can you log in to Spotify from there and let me know if you see your playlists?

Keep me posted.
