My Question or Issue

so while my playlists and songs show up on my computer they don't on my app, it shows no playlists ones I've made that are private or others that I'm following it asks me to make a new one, I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I've tried a "clean reinstal" but it hasn't helped, on the app my username and profile image is also not showing up

Thanks for the post.

 

One of the reasons for your experience could be that you're logged into a different account on the mobile app. I'd suggest going to your Spotify account page on PC and checking your username/ email address and making sure logged in the right account on your phone. Since the username/ profile pic should be exactly the same in all Spotify applications.

 

If you're absolutely certain you're entering the same log in details on all devices, try logging in with your account on the phone of a friend/ family member to see if you get the same results. If that's the case, please send us a screenshot of how the app looks on your phone, so we can investigate further what might be causing this.
