My Question or Issue

I went on my old iPad and when I clicked to my playlists there was a button named “Unlink”, and I clicked it on three playlists for some reason and now I can’t relink or duplicate the unlinked playlists, the 3 playlists also are not appearing in my Library at all anymore. Please help me get them back in my Library.

Hey @Aviddzz,

Thanks for the post.

Can you make a screenshot of this Unlink function? Do you see it if you click on the 3-dot menu next to a playlist?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

No I am not able to as it won’t pop up anymore. I remember that I would click on a playlist and it would appear at the bottom of the screen centred. And was in sort of a horizontal oval shape with white bolded print and highlighted green around the word “Unlink”.

Hey there @Aviddzz

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you let us know if this only happened in your iPad and you're still able to see those playlists in your iPhone or they disappeared in all your devices? If they only disappeared in your iPad, would you mind sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your iPad?

We'll be on the lookout.
