Problem, after 10 seconds my spotify stops playing

If I connect on bluetooth or in the car, after 10 seconds it stops playing, even if it's a song already downloaded to offline mode. It simply pauses for 10 seconds, and doesn't let me press play, if I change the song, it plays for another 10 seconds and stops again.

This issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on the casting device. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, check if your phone has any SD card and remove it. Also, as this looks Bluetooth related, would you mind connecting your phone via AUX cable or Wi-Fi to see if it makes any difference?

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
