Recently played and Jump back in don't change

My Question or Issue

Recently played and Jump back in are staying the same although I have been listening to different albums, playlists etc. for a good week now. Tried relogging and reinstalling but to no effect.

Is it the same on other devices?

Have you checked that you are not in Private mode?

Yes, its the same problem on both devices and I'm not in private mode.

In this case we'd recommend cleaning your app's cache with the steps here and logging out and back in to sync things up.

 

If that doesn't help we can recommend leaving a +Vote in this thread and subscribing to get updates.

 

Hopefully we'll have this sorted out soon, keep an eye on the page for any updates.

if we clear the cache won't it also delete the essential files needed to run spotify efficiently??
