Recovery playlists from deleted folder

Recovery playlists from deleted folder

Basics: Desktop (web and app). Windows.

I deleted a folder with many playlists. I tried recover playlist, but I think this was an accidental deletion, more than three months ago. I did some research and found some of them by "viewing public playlist" ( and through remembering a few of the playlist's names). The issue is I have over 1000 playlists, and when I view all public playlists, it only displays a few hundred then stops.

Is there a way to force it to view more than what the default shows? There doesn't seem to be a "display more" or "next" to see what comes after the default view.

Note - the app shows some, and the website more, but nowhere near deep enough to find the ones I accidentally deleted.

Hey there @Mhoram

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

You can recover your deleted playlists within the last 90 days by following the steps here. Also, next time that it happens accidentally, you can undo this action by Cmd+Z (for Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+Z (for Windows) on the desktop app.

On another note, keep in mind that only the playlists that are set to show on your profile will be there, which means that you might not find all your personal playlists if they're set to private or not added to your profile.

Additionally, you mentioned that you have more than 1000 playlists, so there might be a limit to be shown there. In this case, you can have a look in our Idea Exchange to see if someone else has already made a similar suggestion. If there isn't one, you can give these steps a go and submit your idea so that other users can also support it. The higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for it to be implemented.

Hope this clears things up. If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.
