Removing profile picture next to song after removing songs from collaborative playlist

Removing profile picture next to song after removing songs from collaborative playlist

Title is pretty self explanatory. I removed collaborative off my playlist and I still see my profile picture next to every song on my playlist. I don’t really like how it looks, and is it possible to remove it from every song?

Hi @Elovated,

Thanks for reaching out.

The way collaborative playlists works has changed in the last few years. Previously, you had to make a playlist collaborative from the settings, thus anyone with the link could access it and add songs. Now, you have to manually add collaborators to allow them to edit. If your playlist was one created through the old method, perhaps there's some remnants. When you say you "removed the collaborative", what did you do exactly?

In any case, a simple workaround that should resolve this is for you to create a new playlist and add all the songs from the old to the new one. You can use the "Add to other playlist" option to easily do this. Then you won't have any icons on the new playlist.

Let us know how it goes.
