Retain track order when moving to another playlist

The new desktop client doesn't seem to retain track order when moving tracks from one playlist to another, is there any way to get this feature back? As a curator I sort and filter tracks in private playlists before adding them to the main playlist but this change really mess up the workflow.

Edit: after messing around with it a bit, it seems like it uses the order the playlist was in when it was loaded. If I reorder the tracks and immediately select them and move to another playlist the order is wrong. But if I reorder the tracks, open another playlist, go back to the original playlist and move the tracks, they have the correct ordering in the new playlist. Annoying but a decent workaround.
