(SUPPORT) The app doesn't recognize any of my offline songs.

So, ever since I've had Spotify I've been having this problem where the app suddenly stops recognizing any of my downloaded songs (though the archives are clearly still in my phone occupying space). Over time I've changed SD cards and even phones, but the problem still persists, and it's been happening more and more frequently, to the point that every two weeks I have my entire library erased and have to delete the unrecognized archives and download the whole thing once again, which has turned very annoying, since I have a fairly large library of music, and downloading it all over again (not without earlier doing all the Troubleshooting stuff I've read countless times before in these forums) takes a pretty long time.

Hope that someone can finally give me a solution to this since, as I mentioned, it has been happening for quite a while and, well, I'm paying a monthly subscription for this app.
