Keep in mind that the official language used in the Community is English, the replies will be posted in this language. We appreciate your understanding.

 

The Spotify account can only be used online by one single device at the time. When you activate the Bluetooth and connect to a speaker/earphones, the playback will continue through that device only.

 

However, if you start a Remote Group Session, the track will be played in all the devices invited to the session. In order to keep investigating your case, we'd need more details about what's going on.

 

In your next response, include the make, model and OS version of both devices, along with the Spotify version you're currently running with a short clip of the issue (if possible).

 

Also,  it would be great if you could include any additional details about it to get more information and help you further.
