My Question or Issue

I am logged in as the SAME (and only) user on two devices, and I see different songs. Why? This is extremely annoying as I cannot continue listening to the same playlist when I switch devices! Please fix this!

Hey folks,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This issue is commonly related to different accounts logged in on your devices. First, we'd recommend logging out from both devices and logging back in using the exact same credentials.

Also, if you have the Offline mode active in one of your devices, as it will not detect any active internet connection, the sync between the account info and the device could be affected. In this case, we'd recommend checking if the Offline mode is activated in any of the devices to turning it off.

Lastly, we'd suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app (on all devices) by following the steps in this article to delete any damaged cache that could be affecting the proper behavior of the app.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

Renis the Genius,

Did you scour the depths of the 1st page of Google that has answers to this terrible issue of yours? It’s there if you’re still fumbling about, blood pressure rising.

The internet sure is helpful huh

Meters, the most kind,

You are clearly blind. The answers are for DIFFERENT people with different accounts seeing different songs based on their individual user's taste.

If you actually read my issue, you would have noticed that I am using one, and only one, same account, but still seeing different songs!

How is this a feature, if I keep listening to my music on the computer, then when I go for a run and want to continue listening to the same playlist, I cannot, as the songs are different.

Thank you for your kind input, but you clearly don't know what you are talking about.

Sincerely,

Renis the Genius.
