Solve the problem of songs not appearing in music albums

• Hello Spotify, thank you very much for this fun and wonderful application, but I have new problems regarding my personal library and the ROMs of music composers, which is that whenever I click on any album in question, I cannot listen to the contents of the album. I will not be able to access the songs that the album contains. I can listen to any songs, for example, I can Listen to the songs I added to my favorites, but I will not be able to listen to other artists’ albums

To investigate this further, can you please let us know the following:

• The model, OS version and Spotify version of the devices this occurs on.
• Do you get any error messages?
• Does this happen in Offline mode? What about the web player?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app or logging out and back in a couple of times?

If possible, please provide a few screenshots or a short video of how things look on your end.
