Some tracks are unavailable in Russia, but I see playlists with the tracks’ names. Why is that? :(

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

The playlists you see are made by other Spotify users and they can chose the name to give to the playlist. So, even if the song you mentioned isn't available in your country, it's possible that is available in other countries and users created playlists with that song name.
