Somebody ruined my all-time playlist

My Question or Issue

hi everybody, my all-time playlist got messed up by somebody I don’t know, I have no idea how they got into my playlist or how they managed to add more than 10,000 Reggaeton songs to it. How can I recover my playlist? I only want to songs I added to appear. Thx
