Song is being removed from playlist

I've been using spotify premium for 3 years, sometimes a song from my playlist went missing and i have to add the song again to the playlist.

is there any solution for this matter? i cant keep track of what song went missing since i have 1900+ songs in the playlist

Hmm that's odd. Songs can't be removed from a playlist on their own, so maybe they've become unavailable in Spotify (if that's the case, they should stay in the playlist but greyed out, though), or maybe they're being removed by someone else.
