My Question or Issue

Lately on my Spotify home page, in the recommended area at the top, a podcast that I haven't listened to keeps showing up. It has a blue dot next to it too. What does the blue dot mean? And why does it keep showing up? I've signed out all of my devices in hopes that that will make a difference (because the only think I can think of is that someone else has been using my account). Please advise, thank you!!
