Songs displaying in the wrong language

Hi, I listen to lots of Japanese songs and they display in katakana (japanese characters). I can't read Japanese. There were some times that I could access the song/artist in romaji (english letters) so I would rather have that. Is there an option or a way to access the song/artist in english only? The songs that I add to my playlist when I can see the english version stay in english. When listening to it on my laptop/phone, the web player shows it in japanese.

Please keep in mind that Spotify uploads tracks information as they receive it. 

Therefore, changing it isn't possible.

A bit late, but i am pretty much on the same boat as you. I listen to a lot of Japanese songs and was looking for a solution to change it back to romanji. I miss those days. Seems unfortunate that it is beyond Spotify's control.
