Songs in playlists on new phone have been shortened to previews/smaller clips

My Question or Issue

Recently I've got a new Samsung s20fe.

• I logged in to spotify on my new device and all the songs in all my playlists have been shortened to little preview clips, yet on my old phone where spotify is still logged in, all the songs in my playlists are fine and are the full duration. I've logged out of spotify on my old phone and logged in on my new one to see if it makes a difference and it doesnt. I've also logged out, deleted the app, turned off the phone and reinstalled but it hasnt helped. I have seen people have got similar issues and theyve been told it's because they haven't got premium, but I've had spotify for quite a long time now and have signed in before on other devices and this has never been a problem. Anyone got any ideas ?

It's a good idea to check first if you're logging in to the correct Spotify account in case you might've created multiple Spotify accounts. Check out this help page for more hints on that. 

If this persists, send us a screenshot displaying the difference of how your library looks like on the two devices. You can attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
