My Question or Issue

Spotify do not show any songs in any playlist for more than 24 hours now. I tried reinstalling, since i already got that problem before, but now even reinstalling and clearing cache & date doesn't work. And if I try to start a song from the artist page, then it just doesn't turn on. It turns off automatically

Hey @mark160408280108, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry that you’re facing this issue. We can try one more thing, and see if it’s account related or device related. If you have another device near you, can you open and sign into Spotify on that device to see if everything works perfectly in that application? After you test that and you’re still seeing the same message, I would recommend creating a new account on the original device you’re facing this problem on (just to test this) and see if you’re able to view Liked Songs (just add a few random songs to Your Library).

I'm having the exact same issue! 

I've tried searching for people who are having the same happen to them (and solved the issue), but I have only found PC/laptop users... Can you warn me if you are able to solve the issue? I don't want to lose my account for this bug... 😞

It worked! Thank you very much for the help, It has been almost a week since i've been having this issue... And it's finally solved!
