Spotify made one of my playlists publicly unavailable

My Question or Issue

I received an email: 'It has come to Spotify’s attention that your account has engaged in unauthorized use of the Spotify service in violation of the Terms. Spotify has therefore removed the ability for one or more of your playlists to be available publicly'.

The playlist is/was 'Cafe Panache - Thursday'. One of 7 12-hour playlists for each day  of the week. I had been working for months on it - thanks Spotify. Is it visible to anyone? I have recreated it and made it Public, but can't see it on my smartphone account. Any ideas as to what I can do? Recreate the playlist with a different name? Cheers Rob
