I've rebooted the phone, removed and reinstalled the App, cleared the cache but nothing seems to work. Account is fine via other devices and I can update playlists via phone. It just won't let me play songs. Grateful for any suggestions.
Exact same issue occurring for me. Can't play songs, app simply does nothing when I click on a title or click on the play button at the top of a playlist.
Hopefully somebody somewhere has a solution to fix it.

My Question or Issue
My Spotify is not playing any music and is stuck with the DJ feature, i have tried to do a clean delete and reinstall and also use all the troubleshoot methods linked but it seem to still not be working. It shows as music is playing but there is no music.

Same issue, on Android 13. It started just being songs not in my library that wouldn't play, but the. I uninstalled & reinstalled and now no music will play. Podcasts work fine which is strange. I'm on a family plan account & theirs are starting to malfunction one by one.
Yep, I’m the same. App works and weirdly so do podcasts but no music will play. Looks like there’s a few of us with this issue, hopefully Spotify can patch a fix for this asap.

Also have this issue. Can play through Amazon echo or laptop but not in iPhone 13 mini. Click on songs and nothing is playing. Tried all the usual fixes.
Pixel 6 on android 14. No sound on playback, no ability to see the music player to switch audio. Will play podcast.

I am having this same problem. Can play podcasts on my iPhone but Spotify songs don't play. The account works fine on my Mac
Hoje cedo, abri o Spotify para procurar uma música, e quando descobri que não tocava nada, tentei tocar minha playlist e aconteceu a mesma coisa, nada reproduziu, só percebi que a única coisa que funciona são podcasts. Isso ocorre tanto no aplicativo no meu celular quanto no programa de desktop no meu PC. Eu tentei de todas as maneiras, desinstalação limpa, cache limpo, armazenamento limpo e nada funcionou. Então eu tentei mudar de conta e percebi que funcionava normalmente sem nenhum bug, então suspeito que minha conta está bugada, por favor, eu preciso de ajuda, porque eu não quero abandonar a minha conta. Sou um usuário PREMIUM. País Brasil O problema ocorre no meu computador e também no meu celular, respectivamente Windows 10 e Android 10.
