My Question or Issue

My recently listened to playlists on the front page aren't updated and show the same for weeks now when they always updated after listening to something now. I logged out of all devices and reinstalled the app on the laptop and phone, still the same.

Thank you for posting in the Community!

There was a recent issue related to the situation you've experienced and you can read more about it here. Luckily this should now be fixed for everyone and the behavior of the 'Recently played' section on your home screen should gradually return to normal. Also make sure that you are using the latest version of the Spotify app in order to receive the latest fixes and updates. In case you're still experiencing this after updating, make sure to report back to us and share your device make, model, the OS and the exact version number of the app that you've installed.

My problem is not that the recently listened to playlists disappeared, they haven't updated in weeks. It's frozen on the front page for more than month now. I redownloaded and logged out and everything, nothing happens.

Hey @lenfantsauvagee,

 

If possible, try logging in on another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) and play something to see if it would show up in your Recently played. In case the issue persists, could you share a screenshot highlighting the section in question so we can take a closer look?

Hi, this section doesn't update. Tried logging in with another device, still not updating. I tried logging out of all devices again and re-installed the apps but the problem persists.
