Switching account

I need to switch temporarily from a premium to a free account, because off a offer from my new provider. After change provider i will go back to a premium account. My question is in meanwhile all the songs i download (saved) will still stay, also in the free account? Or do i lose all the saved songs? The songs are in the library in the map with the heart. I hope somebody know 🙂 Thanks!

Hello, great question. In my understanding, songs etc that you « liked » will still be liked. But all local downloads will be deleted and not available on the free version.

As @yoonnel explained, you can listen to downloaded content offline only while using a Premium subscription. Check out this help page for more info on this. 

However, your Liked Songs and saved music and podcasts will remain in Your Library even after switching your account to free.
