My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, I have noticed that sync is not working between my PCs. It works with my phone. Both PCs are on Windows 11 24H2. I have tried logging out and in again. Help would be appreciated.

Hey @brettanw, thanks for asking in the Community! 🎵

Could you share more details about what exactly is not syncing? For example, is your now playing song not syncing, and you are having problems with Spotify connect, or you update your library in one app, and it is not getting synced on the other?

You can also share a screen recording of the same, where you can use the web player and the desktop app together to show the sync issue. 🙂

Hi. Thanks for your answer.

What is happening is that if I add a song to my liked songs on one PC, it is not there on the other PC. It's on my phone, but not the other PC. Older songs that were already in my liked songs are still fine (they are still there).

Thanks for the info, @brettanw.

Try to do the same but this time save the song on the PC where the sync is broken and see if that is appearing on the other PC or not. If the issue is only between those two PCs, you can try a clean install of the Spotify app.

For more info, you can check out: How to perform a clean install?

Let me know if that makes a difference.
