The Vanished podcast won't play

My Question or Issue

For about a month or two I have been unable to play the vanished podcast. I click play and nothing happens. I can listen to it on the computer, but it will not work at all on my phone. so far I have:

Force stopped the app and reopened.

Updated the app.

Restarted my phone.

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

I even tried to download episodes to see if it would then play and no dice. 

I'm not sure what else to do at this point but it's getting to the point where I no longer want to pay for premium since this isn't working properly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

I know you mentioned that you've tried reinstalling already, but can you confirm you've tried a clean reinstall, which includes removing any Spotify app data from your device (step 4 in this support article)?

If that doesn't fix it, do you mind logging into another account on your device and seeing if you're able to play any episodes from the podcast?
