The library appears empty. None of the playlists I've liked are showing up

A new interface appears but the library is completely empty. No list that I have liked in recent years appears to me. It is not something temporary, it has been like this for 2 days

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, make sure you're not logged into the wrong account. If you see all the liked songs in the browser, check which username you see there and use that to log in. That way you will see the same everywhere. If the username is the same everywhere and you are sure the account is the same, then consider performing a clean reinstall on the affected devices.
