The weekly playlist is not updated/There are no podcasts

Hi all!
I've started to use Spotify when it realised in my country, but I met a few issues.
1. My Weekly playlist haven't updated a few weeks already.
2. I have no Podcast tab (I couldn't find any podcasts at all).
Could you help me with this issues?

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!        
 

Keep in mind that some app features won't be immediately available to your account if Spotify launched recently in your country.

The reason for this is that our system needs some time to collect info about your listening habits and history. Then after a few weeks your personalized Discover Weekly playlist will update.

It's a good idea to keep your app updated to the latest version so you don't miss when the Discover Weekly gets available in your account.

I use Spotify Premium in Belarus region too. And I think it is unfair - when I was using free version (also in Belarus), I constantly heard ads "Go to premium! We have podcasts". Now I pay for premium - and there's no podcasts at all. Please add them for Belarus asap.
