Unable to Drag & Drop Songs to Re-Organize Playlist

Using a Windows 10 PC, on 20H2. As the title says, drag & drop to reorganize songs in a given playlist is no longer working. The playlists are mine & mine alone, and they are already in custom order, so it's not an issue of being sorted & the sort preventing them from being re-arranged, unless the latest update has tricked Spotify into thinking "custom order" means "no sorting allowed."

Thanks for posting in the Community.

We've tried reproducing the issue on our end but we weren't able to. As a first step, can you please check if you can re-arrange the tracks in the Spotify web player? If yes, we'd suggest running a clean reinstall of the desktop app as described here.
