Unable to download songs from pc on phone

I am trying to import a few songs into spotify on my phone but it does not let me download it ( i am premium). I have the setting turned on the playlist to be able to download and I have it set so i sync with desktop and still the songs do not get downloaded.

First, we'll need to know if everything looks okay with your local files on your desktop - are you able to see them and play them as usual?

We'd recommend taking a look at this page to see what you can try to re-sync the tracks.

Then we'd recommend logging out from your phone > restarting it > logging back in.
