My Question or Issue

I recently followed the instructions on how to upload my own music to Spotify to play and I have it all figured out and working on my laptop but on my phone is the problem.

I can get the playlist with the chosen uploaded audio to appear but I can't download it or when I try and play it, it says "Spotify can't play this right now - This song isn't available on your device" but I have it in the playlist and everytthing.

Just to be sure, can you double-check that you've followed all of the support site steps correctly here?

 

Note: To sync local files from one device to another, you must be actively logged in to both devices with Spotify open and on the same network.
