Why are all my playlists gone after I got removed from a family account?

Why are all my playlists gone after I got removed from a family account?

The owner of the family account removed me and I got an email notification. I was also automatically logged out of the app. When I logged back in, all my saved playlists (not just downloaded) were gone as well as all other data i.e none of my music history data is available.

Hi @mbuchholz21, and thanks for reaching out.

 

When we are removed from a Family Premium plan, we keep your playlists and saved music. We can also still log in and play with ads.

 

So I guess you could have logged in a different account. I suggest you click on the link bellow to see if that's really your correct account:
