Wiped Out Songs in a Playlist

My Question or Issue

Hi, I noticed that in one of my playlists there are no longer any songs. I didn’t delete them and I don’t know what happened. That playlist is public and To be specific, that playlist had over 100 songs and now it’s completely wiped out. I cannot restore it because the playlist was not deleted only songs inside of it. There must be an issue on the Spotify databases side.

Hey @Adrews,

Is it possible that you accidentally removed the songs while being logged in on another device? If not, I'd recommend logging in on your account page and removing any apps that might be linked to your Spotify account. If you suspect that your account might have been compromised, it's best you secure it by following the steps in this article.

As for the songs, the folks over at Customer Support might be able to recover them. You can reach out to them here, if you haven't already.

Hope you get this sorted out. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Take care.
