how to share my playlist with another Spotify user

when following the directions in the "help" files - I cannot get the "three dots" (...) to show on the playlist when I right click on it for the Windows or the Android version of the app.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. The three dots button should show under your playlist title on mobile right next to the "Download" and "Add collaborators" buttons. If you're still having trouble finding it, it would be helpful if you could include a screenshot in your reply of what your playlist view looks like.
