[iOS][Browse] Sort "Liked Songs" by date they were liked

Hi

I often like songs within the iOS app and then when I come to my PC I find it difficult to locate the songs I just liked.  It would be great to easily find the songs I recently liked, maybe by providing an additional sortable column in the "Liked Songs" playlist where you can sort by the date the song was liked.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

The sorting settings for any of your playlists (including your Liked Songs) are limited to the device you're using your account with. Different devices (e.g. laptop and mobile phone) will have different sorting settings depending on what you choose with each of them.

There is an option to sort your Liked Songs based on the date you added each song to the playlist both on desktop and mobile (on mobile it's called Sort by Recently added). More info about sorting your songs and playlists out here.

I select the sorting option by date and nothing happens. It's been years.

Can you let us know on what device this is happening and if you can sort your Liked songs by other criteria, or does that not work either?

Hi Alex.

I can sort them by title, artist and album and it works, but if I try to
sort it by date added it always puts the same songs in the same order (this
has been happening for years, it's not a new thing).

It happens both in my iphone (iPhone 7 and I reinstalled Spotify yesterday
there) and a Mac with Monterrey (12.3.1). I haven't tried reinstalling
Spotify on the Mac yet.

Just to confirm, is that happening when logging in with a different account? 

On another note, tell us if the issue persists after reinstalling on your Mac device.
