My Question or Issue

When  I click on the link to go to a podcast's home where it lists episodes I get the  "..." and it can take 5 minutes to load (also can hang on that screen and won't load at all). Other elements of the Spotify UI come up fairly quick and my internet connection is quick so it's not that. It's something to do with Spotify. Any tips? Thanks

Hey @eightbitape,

Thanks for posting.

We suggest you run a clean reinstall since this step can usually solve issues rendering Spotify to malfunction in the way you're describing. You can find the necessary steps here.  It's a good idea to make sure that the app is authorized to run without any restrictions and is excluded from any battery or storage optimization services.

If the issue persists, it's also a good idea to check if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.
