issue with downloading playlist's and songs offline.

Hi all, 

not sure if anyone is experiencing this problem or having a similar issue when downloading music for (offline use). 

I can remember very well toggling on a few playlist's and tracks to be downloaded for (offline use), but for some reason I find when I randomly open the app up some of my songs aren't downloaded and ready to play offline. 

I am using a iPhone X, iOS 13.5.1. 

my Spotify version I am using is 8.5.68

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

When toggling the download switch on a playlist a progress bar will appear showing you the downloading process from start to end. Make sure the progress bar gets full while the device is being connected to a strong network. Once the progress bar is full a green arrow will appear next to the playlist indicating the download has finished successfully. 

If you don't see the behavior described above, try running a clean reinstall of the app on your device. This will let you start afresh with Spotify and avoid any performance issues. Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall on the affected device.

Tip: Once you’ve performed the clean reinstall you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts.
