liked songs disappeared

My Question or Issue

USA, premium plan.

went from iphone11 to iphone14.

My liked songs went from well over 1000 to 140 when i upgraded to new phone.

First up, we suggest that you check if you've accidentally logged in to a different account. To do so, you can log out and then log back in making sure you're using the correct account details. You can check if you have more than one Spotify account by following the steps here. 

If that's not the case, it's worth making sure nobody else has access to your account and securing it: 
 

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
