most of my playlists, liked songs are gone

My Issue

I just downloaded the desktop app and none of my liked songs or playlists are available. My entire library is empty except for a few artists and a single playlist. I checked the web player and the same issue persists. It's all fine on my mobile app though.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from the Chats section to one of our Help boards as its content fits better here. 

 

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake in your desktop app. So first, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the account that has all your content has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info.
