Hi all,

I had a playlist that I was making that I started in another country, and I could not add any more songs after I returned to Austria. I suspected that this could be a region issue, but I have made playlists overseas and this has never happened before. Later, I could not spot the said playlist on my laptop. I restarted and updated the spotify app, did not work. After the playlist showed up, I clicked on it but I got a warning that said something like "this content is not available (remove from library)" and so I clicked remove from library. Since then, I cannot find this playlist anywhere and it does not show up as a deleted playlist to recover either.

Has someone ever experienced this before? I would really appreciate any information.

Hey @duruculha,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

This really sounds as an odd experience, but it's not impossible to happen as when you travel between countries - various other factors can come into play. Please keep in mind that the availability of music on Spotify can vary over time and especially between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels. That is why sometimes certain content isn't available everywhere right away.

So our guess here is that the contents of that playlist of yours could have been unavailable for that region and therefor it has vanished from your account. Unfortunately, if this is the case, the list is most likely lost and you'll have to create a new one according to the music available at your current location.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
