podcast episode missing in playlist bug

My Question or Issue

Some time ago I was listenning to a podcast episode, the podcaster deleted and uploaded the episode again because of some audio problems. The issue is that the episode was in my playlist and now it constantly shows "1 episode" in the playlist even when it's empty, I can't remove it or delete the playlist, I already tried to clean the cache, to reinstall the app and even changed my phone but the issue persists.
