"Local files" are not included

Hi! My local files are not included in the desktop settings for Mac and Windows 10. The program has been reinstalled several times. I can't add my music because of this problem.

Are those two Russian looking sets of numbers and letters the sources that you have your song files in? Where do you pull your Music from? That whole thing can be a pain, because sometimes I've had to move music files to other areas to pull from.

I tried to create folders in Russian, in English. I tried it on different discs. But there wasn't even an item in the side menu of "local files." Before that, it was for Spotify that he created a folder in English and moved all the music there, to mp3.
