"Played" tag deleted from list

All "played" tags as well as current "current location in playtime" got deleted from an entire podcast. These were 100+ episodes, out of a list of 500+.

This sucks pretty bad as it's impossible to tell now what I have listened to and what not.

Could you check if the 'Unplayed' filter is selected for the podcast in question?
If it isn't, we'd also like to know if the same behaviour is observed on just this one specific device or across multiple platforms.

Tip: If the issue is present on one specific device and the podcast filters are not at fault here, you can try removing your cached data to see if that would make a difference.
