Hey @lucaswh0,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please make sure you haven't blocked the artist as suggested by @Alex earlier. If you're sure that's not the case, please check your hosts file for any lines containing "Spotify" as described on this page.
Keep us posted.
Hi there,
if the song appears grayed out you can check if you haven't blocked any of the artists. Go to their artist profile on the Mobile app, click the 3-dots and check if they're blocked or not.
Another reason could be that the song was removed from Spotify's catalogue in your country due to licensing issues. We can check if that's the case if you let us know which country your account is set to.
Cheers.
Hi Alex!
So, the song doesn't appear grayed out... And I don't think the song was removed from my country, since my friends listen to in normally. I live in Brazil, by the way.
Thanks!
Hey @lucaswh0,
Thanks for getting back to us!
We've tried to reproduce this but we are not able to.
What happen when you search for the song in the Search bar? Are you able to open it at all? Does it start and then stops? We'd like to gather as much info as possible.
With that being said, it'd be great if you could send us a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
Hey, here's the video you asked: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nf2wunLQygo2ZraWvyie9MLnBPoM59-H/view?usp=share_link
I am able to search and see the music, but when I click to play, nothing happens, like the video shows. It doesn't even start.
Thanks!

Hey MihailY. Thanks for your response!
indeed, my hosts file was containing "Spotify". I deleted it and the music started playing. Thank you everyone for the attention, and thank you again MihailY for your response.
