Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. This seems odd. Let's take a closer look into this. We hope that you don't mind us replying in English.

 

First we'd like you to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know which device/devices this occurs on?

Are you using a free account or a Premium one?

 

If it is a free account, how long ago have you created the account?

 

If you are paying for a Premium account, it is possible you're not logged in on the right account. You can read on this page how to find out if you indeed have two accounts.
