when I play my liked songs it doesn't let me play the full song

whenever I go on my like songs, it does not allow me to play the full song and plays the a small section of the song in a short loop. Also when I search songs they keep coming up in playlists and not the songs individually

Just to confirm, does this happen across devices or only on a specific one? Also, has this always happened or has it started happening after a specific event such as an update?
