2 of the same songs created with local files

My Question or Issue

When use local files on my computer and transfer it to my phone, it will create the song but will be grayed out on the computer and vise-versa. In the image displayed, the top song is on my computer and the bottom song is on my iPhone. They are the same song but for some reason it is not synced correctly or something along those lines. Anyone know how to fix? Thanks.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

You can keep the version that is playable on the device the version is playable on. Local Files can be played only on the device they're on and cannot be played through Connect.
