3 device offline limit reached, logged me out and deleted my saved songs?

Hi All,

So I've been a paid Spotify user for over 5+ years... I have Spotify on 3 devices only, and currently only have 1360 offline songs saved onto my 1 main daily use iPhone.

I've had this exact set up for over a year, but last week when I went to open Spotify, I had been randomly loged out, when I logged back in I was alerted that my "3 devices max" had been reached (yet no new devices had been added or changed) and that my songs would be deleted (from my main device) 😞

This is a pain in the **bleep**, and although it seems to be allowing me to re:download my save songs, I would like to avoid this happening in the future. Any ideas on why this has happened and how to avoid in the future? - puzzled.
