Accessibility issue: Devices menu in Now Playing window isn't accessible with VoiceOver anymore

Accessibility issue: Devices menu in Now Playing window isn't accessible with VoiceOver anymore

After last update, v8.4.92, when using VoiceOver, I can't access the devices menu to change output devicesin the Now Playing-window anymore.

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Have VoiceOver running.

Do it in Settings, General, Accessibility.

2. Run Spotify, and have something playing.

Also have Sonos, AirPlay or Bluetooth-speakers around.

3. Open the Now Playing window.

Here you'll see that you with VoiceOver can't access the Devices-menu.

There is a workaround, by going to Settings and Devices, but that's not a solution for average users.

Hope for a fix ASAP.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.1.4 if you haven't already and removing all your offline devices here before you try to reinstall the app 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
