All Spotify Playlists not loading on Ipad

All Spotify Playlists not loading on Ipad

I currently have around 300 playlists that I have imported from Itunes into spotify.  The majority of these songs are not available on spotify so I have imported them from itunes onto my PC spotify program.  I then open my ipad and wait for all the playlists to populate and then tell it to be availble offline for playback.  This has been working fine, but now I have another 20 or so playlists (each playlist is an ablum that isn't availble on spotify) that I have added and they show up in the itunes app on the PC, but only the ones I added yesterday show up on my ipad.  I have 30 gigs of space available on my ipad, so space isn't an issue.  When opening spotify on the ipad, the app has the dots that spin and then the app locks up and shuts down.  My ipad shows up as connected under devices on the PC app, but then when the app on the ipad locks up and closes, it doesn't show up anymore.  Please, any advice would help as I have worked hard on organizing all the music.

Hi jrbuck920 - Sounds a bit strange...let's get some more info so we can help troubleshoot:

1. Your PC's operating system

2. Desktop app version

3. iPad app version

Thanks!

Hi!
And are you taking about local or online playlists? Because local playlists have to be selected to sync on your desktop 🎧Spotify client.

You could also try these steps, to force 🎧Spotify to resynch your music library on your iOS device.

1.Go to the 🎧Spotify App settings.
2. Push on 'Music quality'
3. Go the 'Synch'
4. Change the setting to something else than the selected quality than back to the first one
5. You'll be asked if you like to resynch.
6. Push 'Resynch' 😉
