All playlists are gone

When I updated spotify on my iPad some months ago, I noticed that all my playlists were gone. It didn't bother me then because I still could listen to them on my iPhone...but now the same thing has happened here and all my playlists are gone and nowhere to be found!
I alreay tried to login with my username and also with my Email address, but the playlist are still not there.
I would really appreciate it when someone could help me!
